At Hobby Pro Photo, every piece we deliver is crafted with care and pride. We want you to love what you receive, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our straightforward return policy:

⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

🚫 What Qualifies for a Return

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The item is not what you ordered (wrong product, size, or format)

⚠️ What Doesn’t Qualify

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products returned outside the 30-day window

🔄 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions or ship a replacement.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (if required) and verify the issue, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • Or send a replacement item free of charge

Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after approval.
